THE INDOOR SHOW ARENA NEEDS A FACELIFT
The indoor arena was built in 1973 and is need of a facelift!
Phase 1:
* New Steel and Spray Foam Insulated Walls (In Progress)
* Industrial Insulated Ceilings (Completed)
* Metal Roof Installation with Waterproofing and UV Reflective Properties (Completed)
* Industrial Ceiling Fans Over Bleachers and Arena (Completed)
* Electrical Upgrades (In Progress)
* All New Doors and Windows (Completed)

* Updated Kitchens and Bathrooms (Summer 2024)
Projects We've Recently Completed

Complete remodel of the kitchen & lunchroom, new bar and new LED lighting and ceiling in the auditorium

New roof on horse barn

New outdoor arena and turn out pens

New concrete flooring in the sheep barn and picnic shelter

Moved the track and grandstand with new, lighting, pit shack, beer barn and fencing to provide more parking and growth for the fair

Added 26 more camping spots and upgraded others

New cabin for rental

New siding, safer overhead doors, windows, spray form, industrial fans, and lighting in the indoor arena

Several new chairs, tables, benches, and picnic tables around the grounds
Projects To Do in the Next 5-10 Years

Upgrade the kitchen, bathrooms and electrical in the indoor arena

Permanent free stage set for fair and hosting other events

Get spray form, new wall siding and watering system installed in the indoor arena

Replace the current swine and rabbit barns with a new facility and connect the facility to the indoor arena

New structure to replace the poultry barn that is large enough for both poultry and rabbit
